The location is very central, just next to a variety of activities and restaurants. The restaurants, especially "Public House," are good. The rooms are updated and spotless, with a coffee machine and a good view. The thick blankets were a nice touch.

Early check-in, parking on-site. Brilliant location very close to London Guarantee Building.

Also, location was efficient, not very far from a fancy high - rise mall. I didn't want to leave and would come here again.
Its breakfast certainly could have been included.

Convenient location, within walking distance of a tower and a theater 🏙️. The building is impressive and the rooms are big and recently renovated, with a super comfy bed, great views, and a coffee machine for that morning pick-me-up.

Everything, but the location was awesome. Pretty near from all the places. Walking distance to every touristic spot. Staff very friendly and easy going.
For sure the hotel has an issue with the outside noise. The hotel is 2 or 3 blocks from a firemen station, but windows seem to be not sound proof. As I went for leisure, this was not an issue for me, but I guess this would be if purpose of the trip is business, where resting well is key.

Had breakfast at a cozy spot nearby. Got to enjoy some coffee and watch TV on a decent 32-inch flat-screen with HBO. Food was delicious and the location was really convenient! 🍳

I spent $750 for 2 night for my 40 year anniversary. I wanted to make it extra special. My room was right over the street on both corners full of bars. Also the hotel was full of drunks. It was so loud I went down and complained. I asked for another room, anywhere. I was told that there was no rooms available. I told them I wanted to leave and was told that because I booked on Bookings.com if I left I would still be charged for both nights. Basically I was told "tough luck". It didn't quiet down until 3:00 in the morning. By far the worst hotel experience of my life and I do travel a lot for business. They offered a $10.00 breakfast for trouble in the morning. I asked to even talk with the hotel manager but was told that because I booked with Bookings.com they could do nothing.
The experience completely ruined my "special time" in Chicago. Because we didn't sleep most of the night, It was hard to enjoy ourselves the next day. On Sunday night they did move us to a quiet room way in the back of the hotel. The only problem was the hotel room was not a luxury room like we paid but the cheapest room at the hotel. When I asked if we would have to pay for the more expensive room, I was told "Sorry", you booked through Booked.net and we can do nothing. When I called and complained to Bookings.com, I was told "Marriot lied to me".

Spacious room with a comfy sofa bed for extra snoozing space. The best part is it’s right on Michigan Ave 🏙️. Plus, you've got a grocery store and a cool restaurant/bar just steps away! And if that wasn't enough, you're super close to the river for some scenic strolls.

Convenient location. Connected to a great donut shop.
Not as posh as I thought for the money. The room was dark, and unexceptional.
